Details of planned engineering works on the Thameslink network.
To maintain and improve the railway, Network Rail carries out regular planned engineering works on our network.
This work is usually done at weekends, on bank holidays and after 10pm during the week – but major work may also affect services at other times.

Trains between Bedford and Brighton
Engineering work is taking place between Haywards Heath and Brighton, closing some lines overnight.
Each night Monday to Thursday, the 23:40 Bedford to Brighton service will terminate at Haywards Heath. A bus will be provided between Haywards Heath and Brighton.
Each morning Tuesday to Friday, the 04:15 Brighton to Bedford service will start from Haywards Heath. An earlier bus will be provided between Brighton and Haywards Heath, departing at 03:48.
